The peer review process inherent to publishing a research article typically involves at least one round of changes made based on the comments and suggestions of journal editors and reviewers. Added to this, before authors submit their translated or revised article for review by the journal, they often make further amendments. It\u2019s important to have these changes checked by our team before submitting your article, because even seemingly minor changes risk introducing new errors. We want to give you the freedom to make further changes and write new text without worrying about racking up additional editing charges. That\u2019s why we offer free re-editing of additional changes made before submission. What\u2019s more, we also provide an additional round of complimentary editing for new text written based on reviewers\u2019 suggestions, up to 10% of the quoted word count. This means that for a 4,000-word article, we will edit up to 400 new words free of charge. Text exceeding this amount will be charged at the standard rate. This service is valid for 1 year from the date on which the final version of your translated or revised article was first sent to you.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to remember that any changes you make to your article following our initial translation or revision, must be clearly marked using MS Word\u2019s track changes feature or different colored font. This allows us to quickly and easily identify new text and edit only this content.<\/p>\n

We can also help you with supporting documents such as cover letters, rebuttals and replies to peer review comments.
